Matthew C. Popkin, M.D. graduated from University of Miami, School of Medicine, completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Manhattan, and his Internal Medicine residency at Cleveland Clinic in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
